工艺简述:橡胶首先经炼胶机切片,切片后送溶胶缸与汽油混合溶胶。溶胶再经乳化、调制后由泵送乳胶中间罐。溶于汽油的橡胶溶液从蒸馏塔的顶部送入,经蒸汽加热蒸馏,轻组分汽油受热成气相,汽油气体在油气冷却器被冷水混合并冷却。油水混合物再至油水分离器,油水分层。上层汽油回收,下部水再经水泵送至凉水塔冷却,冷却后再冷却蒸馏塔的气体汽油;槽模具 一次性止血带 保定水处理设备 一次性止血带 保定空压机 北京真空泵蒸馏塔釜乳胶依自 身压力送乳胶搅拌缸搅拌、调制后至离心机分离出手套原料乳胶,再经调色、过滤后待用。手套模型先经酸碱清洁、水清洗,洗净的模型先浸入热水加热后至浸凝固剂并干燥进行浸胶。浸胶后送烘箱初步烘干、加纤维内套、冲热水再送至烘箱硫化、烘干成型。

The oil and water mixture is further divided into oil water separator and oil water layer. The upper gas is recycled, the lower water is sent to the cooling tower to cool down, and then cooling the gas gasoline in the distillation column. The emulsion of the distillation column is stirred and modulated according to its own pressure, and then the centrifuge separates the latex from the glove, then it is used for coloring and filtering. The glove model is first cleaned by acid and alkali and cleaned by water. The washing model is first immersed in hot water and heated to immerse the coagulant and dry to dip. After the dipping, the oven is initially dried, the inner sheath of the fiber is added, and the hot water is sent to the oven for vulcanization and drying.
