品质好的乳胶枕芯一般表面不会出现光滑的反光感觉，如果表面上看起来反光像镀了一层膜的枕芯要么是属于国内生产线生产的，要么就是里面添加了大量的人工合成胶。对乳胶枕表面反光度的查看，是判断乳胶枕品质好坏的重要标准。
